This document outlines the policies, terms and conditions of Empore Gold and Diamonds regarding jewellery exchange, cash buy back, maintenance services, customer orders and customer privacy.

Exchange Policy
- You can exchange your gold jewellery at Empore Gold and Diamonds with a valid invoice.
- Diamond and Precious Gem jewellery can also be exchanged with a valid invoice.
- Within 15 days of purchase, jewellery can be exchanged at full value provided the jewellery is in original condition.
- Only one such exchange will be permitted against the original invoice.
- After 15 days of purchase, gold and platinum components will be exchanged at prevailing market price.
- Diamond jewellery will receive 100% prevailing price of diamonds.
- Natural stones such as Ruby, Emerald and Blue Sapphire will receive 75% of prevailing market value.
- Gem jewellery is eligible for 75% of prevailing price of natural stones.
- Jewellery sold at fixed retail price is eligible for 80% of invoice value excluding tax.
Cash Buy Back Policy
- You can return your gold jewellery at Empore Gold and Diamonds with a valid invoice.
- Standard rate deduction policy on prevailing price of gold will apply on the gold component.
- Empore diamond jewellery is eligible for 90% of prevailing diamond price.
- Natural stones such as Ruby, Emerald and Blue Sapphire will receive 70% of prevailing value.
- Platinum jewellery is eligible for 96% of prevailing platinum price.
- Jewellery sold at fixed retail price is eligible for 70% of invoice value excluding tax.
Assured Lifetime Maintenance
- Empore Gold and Diamonds provides lifetime maintenance and repair services for ornaments.
- Replacement or addition of diamonds, uncut diamonds, precious gems, platinum and gold will be charged at prevailing market prices.
Customer Orders
- Customers can place customized jewellery orders by paying 50% advance of the estimated jewellery value.
- All orders must be collected within one month from the delivery date mentioned in the voucher.
- The original voucher must be presented during collection.
Discretion of Rights
Empore Gold and Diamonds reserves the right to exercise discretion in permitting exchanges and cash buybacks. The company also reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice.
